HR Audit

Assess the company's operational HR policies, practices, and processes focusing on key
HR strategic activities to protect the company.  Identify opportunities for improvement to
help the organization achieve and maintain world-class HR practices.  Identify if the HR
processes and practices are in compliance with Federal, State and local laws and
regulations to minimize liabilities, lawsuits and/or regulatory violations.

Define key HR process indicators measurements to control and improve the internal HR
processes and initiatives.
